TELUS International is the international division of TELUS Canada Corporation, a major telecommunications company in North America.  TELUS has operations from Asia to South America, and the acquisition of CallPoint signifies the entry of TELUS onto the European market.

Speaking to the transaction, managing partner Steven Pepa said: “We are pleased to be part of this process, and we believe that TELUS will become a major player on the European market in the years to come.  The location of its acquisition in Bulgaria and Romania is significant, for it demonstrates that both countries remain viable gateways to the European market.”
