POP PEPA assists TELUS in acquistion of CallPoint New Europe

POP PEPA has advised TELUS International regarding the acquisition of CallPoint New Europe AD, a call centre outsourcing company with operations in both Bulgaria and Romania.
The multi-jurisdictional acquisition team was led by Steven Pepa, with corporate support provided by Mitko Karushkov of Kambourov & Partners of Sofia, Bulgaria, Claudiu Pop of POP PEPA, Yonko Hristov on banking (Kambourov & Partners), and Monica Pirvulescu and Irina Banica (POP PEPA). The vendors were represented by Omourtag Petkov, Ralitsa Gougleva and Silviya Apostolova, all of Djingov, Gouginski, Kyutchukov & Velichkov of Sofia, Bulgaria.
TELUS International is the international division of TELUS Canada Corporation, a major telecommunications company in North America. TELUS has operations from Asia to South America, and the acquisition of CallPoint signifies the entry of TELUS onto the European market.
